How long is the delivery time?
What are the shipping costs?
Paintings and posters are normally sent within 1-3 days.
​Shipping is free to the nearest collection point for orders over SEK 349. For orders under SEK 349, shipping costs SEK 50. You can choose which day or evening you want delivery.
How are paintings and posters delivered?
Posters are delivered rolled up to the address.

How do I exchange a product?
Contact our customer service at info@homeartngallery.com and state your order number together with which goods you wish to return. Also let us know which motifs you want instead and we will help you.

What do I do if an item has been damaged or incorrect?
Should something go wrong in your delivery, error or damage to an item, the wrong item or the wrong number of items, please contact our customer service.
Home Art N´Gallery is responsible for all costs including transport in the event of an approved complaint.
If you have received an incorrect or broken product, we will replace it free of charge! Send an email within 14 days to info@homeartngallery.com with the following instructions:
1. Your order number
2. Describe why you want to advertise the product.
3. Attach any photo of the faulty product.
4. Do you want to exchange the item or get a refund.
5. Wait for a response with possible approval and instructions for the return.
6. If your purchased item does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service.
ATTENTION! Visible damage must be reported to the agent immediately upon receipt of the package.

Can I cancel my purchase?
Absolutely, if you regret your purchase immediately after ordering, the quickest and easiest way is to call us on 076-322 80 12.
If the order is placed outside of telephone hours, you can always email.

Yes, private individuals always have 14 days open purchase.

Where do I pick up my order?
The paintings are sent to your nearest delivery point or home to your door. Depending on the size of the painting and your wishes. We notify you via e-mail and mobile phone when the paintings are on their way.
Payment
How and when is reimbursement made?
Depending on how you made the order, the money will be refunded. If you have chosen card payment, the money will be refunded to your card. If you chose invoice, we will credit the invoice when the goods are returned. If you have had time to pay the invoice, Klarna, which handles our invoicing, will refund the money.
Questions about the products
Posters and boards:
We print our posters on FSC-certified 200g/m2 uncoated premium paper. The paper is age-resistant and we have chosen a matt surface with no reflections to create a first-class feel that does not shine.
The paper used in our posters is manufactured in Sweden. The paper mill is certified by FSC and PEFC. The pulp used to create the paper is also certified by FSC and PEFC. These certifications ensure that the trees used in our posters have been harvested in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as in accordance with the high requirements of the FSC Organization for social and environmental sustainability.

Frames:
The oak frames are made of solid oak. The black and white woodthe frames are made from the wood type yellow poplar and are then painted. The metal frames in gold, silver and copper are made ofaluminum and has a glossy finish. The metal frames from Moebe are made of powder-coated aluminium. All our frames have acrylic glass which is a durable and lightweight material, making it easy to hang them on the wall.
Returns & Complaints
How and when is repayment made?​
Depending on how you made the order, the money will be refunded. If you have chosen card payment, the money will be refunded to your card. If you chose invoice, we will credit the invoice when the goods are returned. If you have had time to pay the invoice, Klarna, which handles our invoicing, will refund the money.

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express.​

Can I order against an invoice?
It's going great. You can order against an invoice and the invoice will be sent to your email address in connection with the delivery. You can always log in to my.klarna.com or the Klarna app to see your orders, pay the invoice or pay in installments.​

Do you offer partial payment/instalments?

Do I have the right of cancellation / open purchase?
You can order a return shipment within 14 days of your purchase. Return shipping costs SEK 45. After ordering a return shipping slip, it will be sent digitally to your e-mail. Open purchase only applies to deliveries within the EU and not to special orders.
Special orders are goods that are made to order, such as paintings and posters of your own design. Open purchase does not apply to companies.
